Making Fat Cry

 

You've probably heard this expression a time or two, seen it on other blogs or on pinterest and I know it has been posted on facebook many times. I myself shared it on my wall.

 

The theory is very appealing. So what do you do to get all sweaty?

Well, I have found an amazing workout that not only gets me all sweaty but is a lot of fun!

No, I am not talking about Zumba or some other dance the fat off crap.

I am talking about an in your face, stress relieving, hour of power.

What is this amazing workout you ask?

 

 

 

It is a gym based workout that will make you feel like a warrior!

Dan Cohen & Rachael Newsham choreograph each release and they are amazing.

They release new classes to instructors every 12 weeks.

Beachbody also released a home dvd series called LesMills Combat.

Both are amazing workouts and both will make your fat cry!

 

 

Meet Snyder!

We are adding a new addition to the family!

  Someone didn't want this cute little guy and dropped him off by my dad's house.

 We  are bringing him home tomorrow!

Code Blue is gonna get a little brother...so the kids say. ;-)

We aren't sure what kind of dog he is...all we know is that he is cute and he loves the kids. 

                              

He has a cute face, floppy ears, and big paws.

His body is really long and his legs are really short.

Potential breeds?

Lab + Weiner Dog ???

A Night At The Pool

 POOL PARTY!

Me and the kids had a blast Tuesday night at the city pool.

Until it was time to leave. That was not so much fun.
We were the last ones to leave....
 which is bad since we were at a birthday party and the birthday girl and her family were gone and out of the parking lot before we got out of the gate.

I also left my sunglasses. :(
(but don't worry, I got them back after a few phone calls to the pool)

All in all it was a good time.
